but it's still on.

Hi Ricardo,

Regrettably, your DIRECTV service was disconnected on 3/26/2022. In approximately 7 days, you'll receive a bill. If your service was cancelled before the end of your agreement period, you will see an Early Cancellation Fee on that bill.

You can always pay your current outstanding balance online when you sign in to your account. If you have a credit balance, you'll receive a refund check within 6 weeks.

If your circumstances have changed and you would like to stay with the best in video entertainment, simply give us a call at 800.531.5000.

Sounds like your boxes haven't received the update to the authorization yet. If nothing, by tomorrow it shouldn't be working.

Time to pay your bill in full. Even if you aren't returning to DirecTV, best to try to avoid it going to collections making the situation worse.

In any case this is a public forum of other customers. You would need to call DirecTV to get specific information on your account status.

i went it to be

DISCONNECTED .. just need to know when i call the 4 times.they told me on the 25th here it's the 26 and it's still on

Posting in a much larger font and all bold was uncalled for. If you want it off and it is still on, then call DirecTV. Get the voice system say "cancel" so you get routed directly to the correct department. Otherwise, if the account has been canceled, but the boxes haven't received the update yet on the authorizations then enjoy your free TV for however long it lasts. Don't forget to send back the boxes.
