There is no address to return the receivers, you take returnable receivers to a UPS/FedEx store to scan them in and keep the receipt.  If you are more then 10 miles from either then you have to call DTV for a return kit that you take to the post office.  What are the model numbers so we can tell you if they are returnable or not.

HR44s may still be returnable if you take them to a UPS/FedEx store, not sure if DTV will send a return kit. Some models of the HR44 are not returnable depending on who made it with is coded in the last 3 numbers of the model number.

You are not given an address. AT&T has an agreement with FedEx and The UPS STore (corporate locations) for the free return. All you need are your DirecTV boxes and your account number.

The HR44 might not be returnable anymore, as they have moved on with the 3rd generation Genie (HR54) and Genie-2 (HS17) setups. But I would give it a try to be on the save side.

pl21R3-16 is not a model number.

Go to a FedEx or UPS location with your account #. No need to bring a box or label, the equipment will be boxed it up & shipped out at no charge. The process takes less than 5 minutes.

Find FedEx Office locations at www.fedex.com/attreturns.

Find The UPS Store locations at www.theupsstore.com/locations.

Hi @spud361 , thanks for contacting us.

Also, thank you for the prompt responses from @Shannon02 and @Juniper. You can review the steps to send back your equipment this article.

Please send back the Genie receiver (HR44-500) which is a recoverable receiver.
