H21 Receiver
ATT sent me a H25 receiver to replace my H21 which was acting up. With Covid and at my age I don't allow anyone in my house. I was told that I can hook up and activate on line or call a special number. I have been all over ATT website and can not locate where I can do this on line. Can someone please help me. I am technology challenged so please be specific or provide the link.

You can NOT activate / Swap (change out) a receiver online --you must Call 1-800-531-5000 --and have it done that way

You got an H25 to replace an H21? Was it verified that you are on the new SWM already? This is important as the H25 is the only non-Genie that is SWM-only and cannot work on the older multi switch. If you have the older setup than it wouldn't be plug and play so would need a tech instead.
If you have any Genie model, or at least have Whole Home DVR service, then you would be for sure on a SWM setup.

Sorry it is an H24 that ATT sent me not an H25 as I stated. I was specific I did not want anyone in my house until Covid is over

Yes you can activate on line, I went to the page and it showed my H24 and all the data and card number. That was a couple weeks ago I could not complete activation as I did not have H24 connected. Now I can’t find it again.

Replacements do not guarantee a model number as is next one on the shelf. Glad they still had an H24 in stock as they have been moving forward with their SWM-only setups.
