What happens when you try to watch locals (symptoms, error message, etc.)?
Is this the only box that has a problem?
Did you already have this box active on your account or did you just recently get it?
What is the exact name of your programming package?
If an older package does it say no-locals or do you have a locals add-on?
The H21 though a much older box, is MPEG-4/SD and HD capable so still meets DirecTV requirements to use service.
