H25-100 Loses Internet Connection
Hi I have a total of 7 H25-100 Receivers all in one location connected to 1 splitter and there is also a hard wired Deca connected to the last port on the splitter. For some reason the Directv receivers will randomly lose internet connection and the only way to get it connected again is to reboot the receiver. Is there anyway to fix this issue?

H25 HD Receivers don't really need an internet connection. Why is this a problem for you?

And just to clarify what "splitter" are you using?

Internet connect is mainly to download/record On Demand. Since H25 is not an HDDVR, it cannot use that feature.
Do you have other boxes in that location? Otherwise why are you connecting to internet in the first place?

I need internet to change the channel on the receivers via the DirecTV for business iPad app.
The splitter that is there is a DirecTV MSPLIT8T1-01 8 Way SWM Splitter.

No there is no error code displayed on the screen. It just does not appear as connected in the iPad app. In the app it shows up as "Receiver not connected". It is showing video but not connected to the internet. When I go into settings>internet setup>reconnect internet it says "Are all your other device connected to the internet" as if it believes there is no internet connection but there is as all the other receivers are connected and my internet is fine. The only way to get it back connected to the internet is to reboot the receiver. This happens about every other day.
I have tried giving it a static IP but that did not help it still happens.
I have tried resetting the receiver to factory default but that also does not work to fix the issue.

The last time I was using the DirecTV app as a remote, until I could replace the old one, it stopped working. While trying to get it to change channel another housemate was yelling as their TV kept changing channels. Apparently the IP address or such changed in the middle of using it so kept switching between the Genie and other HDDVRs.

Thanks that is not the issue I am having though. I have all the receivers listed within the app on the home screen. The way the business app is set is different from the home app you can see all receivers on one screen. You can google "DirecTV for Business iPad App" to see how it looks. The 1 receiver shows as not connected within the app. I have used this app at other locations and it works fine. It is only here with this receiver that it is giving this issue.
