How to find SD channels?

There are times in winter when I lose the HD channels because of snow or rain or whatever is coming down.  I know there are standard channels that correspond to the HD channels but I can't figure out how to tune them in.  I have an H25-100 receiver.  What are the steps to tune in standard channels?

Yes many HD channels have an SD version. (At least for now, but after the MPEG-2 shutdown completes it is unknown how long SD channels will remain on the MPEG-4 broadcast).

Menu > Settings & Help > Settings > Display > Preferences > Guide HD Channels.

Change from "Hide SD Duplicates" to "Show All Channels" or "Hide HD Channels".

DTV is shutting down the MPEG2 SD channels so you need a dish heater or some other way to remove the snow.

Menu>Setting&Help>Settings>Display>Preferences>Guide HD channels select All Channels.

DTV doesn't recommend spraying anything on the dish.
