Is 99(S) important on Directv setup?

I'm trying to align my new Directv dish after a large limb took out the old one! Everything else looks great but 99(s) is hanging in the upper 60s, should I keep trying?

Have any idea what's on that satellite, and is my wife going to kill me if it doesn't get better?

Thanks

S is for spot beam used for local channels as opposed to C which is continental. Most likely it won't be a factor.
