No address found

We moved into a new house a few months ago. We are registered with the post office (we get mail) and receive packages from FedEx and UPS. Direct tv can’t locate our address, so I can’t order an installation! We can’t do streaming because the internet is so bad out here. All of our neighbors use direct tv satellite. Customer service couldn’t help me at all! What can I do to get our address verified?!?!

Have you used the USPS website to verify your address? DirecTV's system uses the data from the USPS website, also did the agent actually verify the address using that website? Not all agents know to do that.

I would callback to try another agent. See if they can get the addressed verified as suggested. If not, then I would submit a BBB complaint as that goes to the corporate level.

They really need a better process when there is a new development (new house on the street, new development meaning new streets, or changes to existing address such as switching between status of apartment building and single address).
