This is a public forum so you've posted your name for the entire world. Use the action list (3 dots) next to the date/timestamp to edit it out of your post.
Routers are for internet. This is the DirecTV forum. If this is your TV equipment, what are the models of each box? As you only use one Gateway/router for your ISP and you say 3, I think you are talking about TV equipment by the wrong name.
Are you talking about software updates or replacing the boxes themselves?
