outside line to satellite dish

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this question but I'm going to give it a try.  The line to my satellite dish is not a buried line.  It is attached to a to a powerpole on my side of the street and then stretches across the street to another pole.  This afternoon a delivery truck drove by and accidentally pulled the line down, along with the line to my phone and it is all currently laying across the road and in my yard.  I have called twice and got the run around.  Who do I contact about having someone come out and fix this problem????  I have the phone company coming out tomorrow for my land line but they can't do anything about the line to my direct TV dish.  The line was spliced when it was pulled down so I do have exposed wire.  My service has not been interrupted but it will be eventually if this doesn't get fixed.  Very frustrating to say the least.  Any help would be appreciated.

Your dish is not on your property but a power pole having the coax cross the street? Sounds like an improper install to begin with.

Call DirecTV and order a dish relocate. That is what must be done.

My dish is located on the roof of my house.

How is that the roof of your house? Very confused about your setup. If the dish is on your roof, then it should not be attached to a power pole for any reason. Could you please clarify because something doesn't add up.

That is not a DTV coax as they run from the dish along the wall to a grounding block then into the house.  Anything going to a power pole is telephone, coax for internet/cable TV.
