Peacock streaming
I cannot get Peacock to work on streaming on my Sony TV. Some of the directions say go to your HOME button. There is no such button on my Genie remote. Can you help?

You have to use the TV remote to change the input to most likely the ANT input to use the TV apps. Streaming services have nothing to do with DTV satellite service.

DirecTV and Peacock streaming having nothing to do with each other.
The "home" button would be referring to the TV set itself, not DirecTV. So change your TV's input to ANT, which is basic TV functions, so you can use your TV's apps. Or change it to another HDMI input that you have a streaming device connected to (Roku, Firestick, etc.).
If you have the Genie style remote (RC7X series), then the lower right button that says ENTER is also INPUT. You press and hold and it will then allow you to click through your different inputs, or pull up an input selection screen if your TV has one.
