Channel are subject to change, even multiple times within the same year depending on negotiations of carried channels, new channels carried, or channels shutdown by their owners (i.e. Cloo, Chiller, SoapNet). Lists available should only be the current ones (hence why they no longer do printed lineups to avoid outdated info).
What exactly are you trying to do with legacy info that no longer applies?

That is not a link to 2016 programming. At the top you will see:
PACKAGES & CHANNEL LINEUP
Effective 2/8/21
You will also notice that Select and Xtra are absent from that list. They have removed all outdated lineups from the website.
