Recurring Error Code 775 on my HR24 receiver

Error code 775 is occurring several times per week on my HR24 receiver.  The only way to resolve the issue is to reset my HR54 'main' receiver, then reset the HR24 receiver.  It will work for 12-24 hours then it will occur again.

Is there any way to resolve this issue?

775 is no power to the SWM LNB on the dish arm so there is a problem with the coax, the connectors on the coax, SWM LNB or the HR54 itself best to call DTV 1 800 531 5000 for a tech visit.

I took time off work to be home for a tech visit scheduled between 12-4 to address this Error code 775 issue.  No one from DirecTV called, texted, nor showed up for the appointment.  I requested a status update and never received a response.  We have been subscribers for several years; however, we'll likely begin searching for another provider due to the lack of reliability and service.  I welcome any suggestions to find resolution.

There are mutliple reasons why a tech might not show, more now with the short staffing since the pandemic. But they really should notify you so you can reschedule as needed instead of waiting longer.

You will need to call DirecTV to reschedule. I would definitely submit a Field Service Request (FSR) about the no-show with no communication.

In the meantime, I would verify the coax is finger tight to each box. Though the HR54 doesn't control the HR24, as it is a receiver and not a client, a SWM/LNB issue affects all connections.

So would a faulty HR54 power supply.
