Replaced receiver and new card
I had to replace main receiver and card due to them sending me a new card for my old receiver and it would not upload. Upon checking on my recordings I have lost all of them. How can I get all these recordings back my grandson has so many shows that can’t be replaced along with my wife.

You replaced the box so of course the recordings are gone. The only option is to record them again the next time they are on, perhaps seeing if anything is available from On Demand.
There is no option to transfer recordings from a DVR to a replacement. They are encrypted to the exact DVR.
