return kit for old receiver

I have a 15 year old directv receiver.  I was told it was useless and didn't need to return it by the tech who came to our house.  I received a letter saying I do need to return it.  I need a return kit to do that.

Too many agents do not check the boxes to see if returnable or not when deactivated the box or cancelling the account. They should, but many prefer to move on to their next call.

Here is an easy reference list. Certainly the safe bet is still to hold onto the box for a couple months to be sure you are not billed a NRF of course.

Except for the last ones made for the old multi switch (H24 and HR24), only boxes returnable should be SWM-only.
