Return Mailing Address

What is the Return Mailing Address, the useless ChatBot refers to the DirectTV page, with no address label to return equipment to. the Call Center is closed, and it sure looks like DirectYV is delaying my return of equipment to charge me more money instead of the DirectTV Box. Cause I sure didn't get a cancellation email from DirectTV/ATT and they sure charged me for the entire pay period (more money from me) for a service I no longer wanted. I really hate DirectTV and a website that doesn't have a shipping address so I can have FedEx print up a shipping label. This is deliberate in order to bill me for more money.

There is no return address.  You return returnable receivers to a UPS/FedEx store to scan them in and keep the receipt.  What are the model numbers?

DirecTV has NEVER provided an address. They don't have customers pay for return shipping, or risk the immature ones sending inappropriate packages. Has nothing to do with billing you more as you claim.

What are the models of each box you have? Perhaps not all (or any) are returnable. If any are, then here is the correct process.

How To Return The Equipment

Go to a FedEx or UPS location with your account #. No need to bring a box or label, the equipment will be boxed it up & shipped out at no charge. The process takes less than 5 minutes.

Just make sure it is a full corporate store (i.e. The UPS Store), not a shipping annex or the like. Those smaller outreach locations are not setup for the return program.

As for paying for the entire service month, that is pretty much the standard for companies these days. AT&T/DirecTV is not the first one to go from prorating to flat billing, nor are they the last.
