Please follow the instructions sent to your email regarding equipment return.

If you didn't receive the email, you can return all your receivers ( no need to return DISH, cables, remotes) at the nearest FedEx or UPS store.

Please carry a government issued ID card along with your account number. No need to pack. The store will scan your equipment and provide you a receipt for future reference.

Package and shipping will be taken care of by UPS or FedEx at no extra cost.

I recommend you to wait for the email or call the customer support to verify the information to avoid any future inconvenience.

Please be aware you've only 21 days to return the equipment from date of cancellation. Failing to do so will result in equipment non-return fee.

Please note that it must be a The UPS Store or a FedEx Office storefront.  Neither a mere drop-off location nor a actual shipping depot will work.

Keep your receipt until you are absolutely certain your account has been properly credited with the return.

@ssg88m3h

I'm assuming you are asking how to return the equipment.

First, what are the model numbers of each box? That will verify what is or is not returnable.

How To Return The Equipment

Go to a FedEx or UPS location with your account #. No need to bring a box or label, the equipment will be boxed up & shipped out at no charge. The process takes less than 5 minutes.
