Sattelite dish installation with a roof sled weighted down with cinder blocks rather than drilling holes in my flat roof.

My 85 year old Japanese speaking mother in-law recently had a visit from Dish installers. They removed her facia installed sattelite dish (of course left the ugly mounting bracket there) and drilled holes through her flat roof to install a dish. She does not speak english well enough to understand why they did this. Meanwhile I am arranging for roofing contractors to R&R a new roof, so I called AT&T/Dish Customer Support and asked that the Dish be installed on a roof sled instead so the roofers can move the dish while the roof is being installed and then put it back in position when they are finished. The customer service rep had difficultly understanding me as English was his second language and had no idea that the Dish could be installed on a sled and asked me if i could spell sled for him. I am a president of an HOA and have had Dish install several dishes on our flat roofs that way. I tried to confirm that the notes for my service call contain instruction that they are to bring a sled and cinder blocks to install the satellit dish. An hour later on the phone with the CSR and the CSR superviser I think I got confirmation for the sled installed sattelite dish. I can only hope the contractor shows up with the correct supplies. Is there an easier way to communicate to Dish Customer Service?
