There is no power to the SWM LNB are you using a power inserter or have an HR54 Genie or HS17 Genie2 with it built in?

You need to have PI-29 (power supply) to Power the LNB --do you have one and is it connected to a "live" AC outlet?

There are two power inserters the PI-21 and the PI-29. For an SWM dish, the PI-21 is recommended. But the PI-29 works fine also, many people use it on long cable runs where there might be a significant voltage loss.

At this point we need a response from the OP. Otherwise we are guessing at solutions to their problem.
Need models of boxes and what they did that they are setting up their satellite again.
