What happen when the technician didn't come to honor your service?
I am having repairs on my home and requested my equipment to be relocated. On Saturday I waited all my scheduled time, only to be called that they couldn't make it to my home. He stated that there are homes before me that need to be finished, and will get to me the first appointment the next day. Didn't hear anything the next morning, and I called service, only to be discouraged that it was cancel plus not rescheduled. I feel that if it was cancel on your end, I should get a called to rescheduled. I had to call to start the process again and had to wait 3 days after my 1st first appointment. Very disappointed to watch and wait all day at my cost and not receive the service. Been with ATT a long time and expect much better service for the customers.

Having to get anyone to work is not only a D*TV problem -it's a problem for every retail and service provider across America. Call again to reschedule another appointment ASAP is your only option at this point. Should that appointment fall thru -Then Call again as soon as it is missed-that way you D*TV and you will know for sure it was missed.

Unfortunately, short staffing across the country makes this all too common these days. Though the tech shouldn't be saying they will just be there the following day. Instead, they should advise you to call and reschedule so it is official.
Anyway, techs are not there to "honor" the service. They are just there to do work. Don't make it more than it is.
