My dog enjoyed our remote as a chew toy while we were gone today and I am wondering the best way to get a replacement remote. Can I get one from a store or online easily or do I need to go into an AT&T store?

When watching the remote content on either receiver, the playback is in 2 second intervals. Starts, wait, starts, wait... The only exception is in non-HD programming, where it plays fine. Obviously a bandwidth issue. Port forwarding/triggering? Thanks.
