I have a new H21-200 receiver stuck in the setup process of detecting the signal at the end of the installation process.I can't upgrade the dish right now because there's no space to tilt the dish because of a wall.The signal strenght shows 80's and 90'

I'm trying to get the update for a TiVo that I had deactivated in May. Can anyone tell me how to force it? I don't think they're sending the downloads any more.Thanks.

I have DIRECTV Stream service and I use the DIRECTV app on my TCL smart TV to watch my streaming channels. The DIRECTV app seems to freeze fairly regularly and once it does none of the buttons on the remote can get you out. How can I force quit the app and restart it?

With the DirectTV SWM8 there was an "Off Air" port that could be used to hook up an off air antenna.  I recently upgraded to the SWM16 and there is no such port. With the SWM8, I could carry all my off air channels to all of my receivers.  Now with the SWm16, I cannot... or at least, no one can tell

Hi!!! Why to get unlimited internet at home force me to bundle the services, I have internet and tv but I do NOT want to bundle my bills I am fine with the separate. I still pay for my bills and I can NOT enjoy the all te service features prices you offer. Dont think it's fair for customers.

I just got the AT&T Internet air and Direct TV Gemini Air. All my other devices are connected to the internet fine but when I put in the password on the gemini air it tells me it can't connect to the internet and to start over. If I try with the guest wifi then it gives me an option to try again

At present I am limited to 25mbps internet speed. However ATT internet air is available to me. I have two questions; does anyone have any experience with it and second question is will my Gemini box connect to the Air Hub with an Ethernet cable.  That would be my preference.  

My off air and direct come in on the same cable. We can not receive local channels with direct.  How do I hook up my cable so I can us both direct and off air without having to change cables around?

With all the problems negotiating contracts with local tv why in the world would you stop making the off air tuner?  I’m lucky because I have one. As technical as satellite tv is an off air tuner that lets you get your locals for free is a no brainer.
