I got a $35 charge for Sunday ticket but it says I don’t have Sunday ticket, any idea what it was for?

I received a letter saying "Don't forget: You're getting 2020 NFL SUNDAY TICKET MAX on us" but when the wife tried to watch Sunday she was given the usual phone # to call and order it. How do we actually access the games?
