The NFL Sunday Ticket works on a yearly renewal. Notice on June bill with 1st of 6 installments in July. Have to call and opt out if you no longer want it.
You don't "have" it until the season starts. So until start of season you can opt out, but once it begins then you are secured for that year.

If you are being charged for it, then yes you do have Sunday Ticket. You probably got it free last year whether you knew it or not and auto renewed as noted above. You’ve got until Sept 13 to cancel. You need to call to cancel.
