I am looking for a protective out door cover for the Genie Mini. Does anyone know where I can get something like that?

I have manhole cover next to sidewalk and this is broken for months, I tried calling many times with no response. We are not TV watcher and don't have any service but cover said AT&T, so not sure who is suppose to fix it. Please advice
