Have you noticed that when att makes a mistake, horrific mistakes, it never admits it's responsibility for its actions, let alone fix the mistake in a timely mannet, or apologize, Or try to make it up to the customer? No, the customer has to crawl  swim , then your supposed to be eternally grateful
