Unable to listen and watch country deep...now playing does not show video nor sound.  I have also just tried the new stingray music app.  It will load and open but sound start and then stop after 5 seconds.  I have both wireless and wired boxes.  Same on both of them.  Any suggestions?

My DirecTV has been showing "Pandora is not available in this country" message since Thursday, April 25. I checked the Pandora site first and found that many folks have this situation and they are all DirecTV customers. They are using several different DirecTV receivers, though. My receiver is HR24/
