I live in the Memphis area. Last week AT&T came out and dug a huge hole in my backyard without notice. Do they have the right to do this? Kind of related, I went and looked and we haven't had much rain in the past month, but there is a foot of water in the hole. Is that normal?

Local chanel HD
We here in southern MN have a new fox chanel out of Mankato (chanel 13 on Directv). It was just added in the last few days and is NOT in HD. The TV station said Directv is having a band width isue and is woking on it. Diretv customer service has no info on this at all. We will now be forced to watch
