I’m new to directv stream. While watching tv channel blacks out and buffers them comes back on. I don’t have this problem with any other service. YouTube tv, Netflix, Hulu, HBO max all work just fine. 1000mpbs internet service so it’s not that. Any suggestions?

This app only works on my main monitor....if I move to my 2nd or 3rd monitor, it blacks out when you play a recorded program.  Any help on this?

The DVR receiver blacks out and resets itself for no apparant reason.  This does not happen to the regular recievers we have.  This has been happening more often lately.  What casues this?

Receiver consistently blacks out or shuts down repeatedly each time I turn it back on. I eventually reset the box and it will start the cycle again a few hours later. I have a protection plan and I have called trying to get support for the box and the remote. I cannot get through to anyone.
