I have the U450 package.  I have had the Ride TV channel 1676 since last year. Now when I go to that channel it says “You are not subscribed to this channel”.  What happened?

Unable to listen and watch country deep...now playing does not show video nor sound.  I have also just tried the new stingray music app.  It will load and open but sound start and then stop after 5 seconds.  I have both wireless and wired boxes.  Same on both of them.  Any suggestions?
