Lost Signal

My Genie II is saying it has lost the signal for close to 3 hours now. I have tried rebooting the system and running system tests etc. but I'm still without a signal.  Tech Support is non-existent since it's Sunday.  Anybody have any suggestions?

Lost a channel

We had FS1, we have it no more. We miss not being able to watch Nascar sanctioned races. We have lost channels before but it was due to contract issues with the provider. I am assuming my package was rearranged? Can I get FS1 and pay just for that channel without upgrading my package?

Lost History

On my R15 set, I have lost all history before 11/20/2011.  Also lost all recordings before that date.  Everything has worked since that date. Also have two HDVRs that worked fine. Any ideas?
