How can I look back in time on the guide?  It would be helpful to be able to scroll back a few hours to look for a show that may be extended time like sports programs.

Gave a service price 1 year took it back in 2 months

Att gave me family package for a year after I called to get a lower rate. In 2 months  they took it back higher! That was totally deceitful. I wasted hours each call no relief. No emails to reach president  no contact so I have no other choice but report this to next level

Channel 9 is a CBS channel 2 sister station and doesn't carry CBS programing and CBS channel 2 carries channel 9 news in its 5,6,11pm time slot.

Local channels pixelate

Three of my local channels pixelate intermittently in the Los Angeles area. Sometimes approximately every ten seconds, sometimes every few minutes.  My dish has been relocated, the whole dish and LNB have been replaced, all cables and splitters have been replaced, equipment upgraded to Genie 2

I have Uverse internet and want to get the tv. It is not available on my street. My sister in law lives 2 miles up the road and can get it. Why is it not available at my house but is 2 miles away? I just don't understand this!

Restart canceled service - Deposit required

I was told I could restart service by one of your customer service guys after he helped with an outstanding bill. I paid it in full and now they tell me to start back I have to pay a 450 dollar deposit. This is ridiculous. If I had been told that before I paid I would have not wasted my time.
