Same thing recording every day

I don't have the Simpsons in my series manager but the DVR keeps recording Season 34 Episode 2 "One Angry Lisa" from on demand. It says 0 min partial. I delete it and the next day it's back. How do I stop it? Thanks.

30 Day policy?

Howdy, So we had u-verse installed on 11/23, TV/Internet.  Ever since we've had to reboot the box about once a day, they want to send a technician out, but at this point, I don't like the fact I'm already having problems and want to just cancel as the internet speed of 18 mbps isn't even that great.

CALL multiple times a day

Does anyone know if there is any benefit or if it a requirement to leave all HD Receivers and DVR's connected to the Whole Home DVR home network powered on all of the time?  I've always powered them off when not watching TV at any location in my home.

Favorites when jumping to day

If you jump to a day the guide switches to show all channels. There is no way to display only favorites when jumping to a day. This means you have to scroll through all channels which defeats to purpose of having favorites. Very annoying when trying to find a future broadcast via the guide.

When watching any live channel or a recorded show from the DVR, the service just stops working. Not error code is displayed. Sometimes the service restarts on it's own within a few minutes. Sometimes we must reset the main Box 1-4 times. This happens every single day of the week.
