Will the wireless receiver work using a dat connection with the Cat 5 port?

I AM RUNNING CAT 7 ONLY FOR THE 4 TV'S & WIRELESS UNITS IN CEILING -STUDY-1 IN FAMILY ROOM--8 DROPS TOTAL. CAN I PLACE ALL 4 U-VERSE BOXES IN THE CLOSET WITH ALL THE OTHER UNITS (MODEM-ROUTER-UPS-ETC) & CONNECT THE CAT 7 TO THE U-VERSE BOX. WILL THIS WORK WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS.

I have been complaining about Enhanced Content downloads for nearly a year.  They are VERY disruptive.  I have received several response emails saying that they only occur when my TiVo receiver has been inactive for 2 hours.  This is ABSOLUTELY not the case.  I know how to interrupt and stop them. 

Is there any way to speak to management?  I do not want to be offensive however I can not understand whatever language customer service representative is speaking.  And I need some answers.
