Having trouble streaming with the app

having trouble with lost of video frames in cbs college and pro games on locals though satelliteh

I am having trouble with hd dvr (hr23/700) receiving any comands from the remote only.  I can use the same remote to the hd receiver and it does receive all comands

I changed to fiber optic in February. Since then, I have been having so much trouble with my wireless receiver. It cuts off programs on DVR, pixilated when watching live TV. I have done the reboots with no luck. My receivers are all over 10 years old. Could that be the problem?

Does anyone know the USB-UIRT programming for the H21-100? I having trouble getting the UIRT to drive the H21 channel changes correctly. Also, it would help if someone knows the original manufacturing and model of a DirecTV H21-100 as well. My HTPC setup is BeyondTV.Thanks, Jeff

I have the directv receiver connected to a pioneer vsx-1019ah and there is sound on some channels and then on come channels like the channel five there is sound but no talking. It is just the background noise of the program.
