Is anybody else having a problem with MSNBC HD channel 356 breaking up badly?  It's been happening a lot to me lately.  I just tried the channel about 3 pm pacific time and it was unwatchable due to signal breakup.  I'm not having problems on any other channels.

Why do all packages contain Spanish channels as part of there package, 400-499, and then are counted as part of the say 350 channel package when I don't use them nor do i speak Spanish. That's 99 channels i'm paying for but never used.

We have been using DVR on our ATT for HD for months w/o issue.  Last couple of months, the picture is breaking up or freezing so much it is unusable.  Tried rebooting and it was a little bit better, but still unwatchable.
