It's been two weeks

No one at AT&T u-verse has been able to find a solution to a computer glitch problem that's prevents me from upgrading my cable tv package. I've called 8 times over the past two weeks and still no resolution. The glitch tells the cable company my order is on hold, even though my cable is installed.

Hooked up the AM 21, the HR44 receiver found it and asked for my zip code. I entered it and received the message:  Because it is a satellite signal, it may take up to two weeks to find a station.  How can that be?  That was last evening.  Still no stations this morning.

Guide stuck on two weeks ago

Our guide is stuck on April 24th at 1:30 AM. and it's 5/16 at 2:14 pm. I have reset the box 3 times, unplugged the ethernet, and used two different WIFI, and still won't update. Any Ideas?

Discount rate increase without notice

I want to know why there is no notice when my billing price will be increased? This billing is a nightmare and I want to know if it is legal to require that I pay a higher rate when I have not been notified.I get a reduced bundle price but I belive a notice should be printed on the statement notifyi

auto record beyond 2 weeks

black screen and restart every 2 weeks

Today (Sunday) and two weeks ago (Sunday), we turned the TV on and the screen was black.  No picture, sound, or message from our TV that there was no signal.  We just restarted the receiver and it works.  Why does the receiver do this?  We have the HR24 HDDVR.  How standard receiver does not do this
