We have unlimited Cloud DVR storage but when we go to My Library it says we have zero (0) hours. Even basic subscribers have 20! No one at Directv seems to know how to fix it. It happens on both of our streaming sticks, one Roku and one Amazon Fire. It must be in our account somewhere. Any help?

Most mornings, we record a three hour morning news show. Recently, it has been recording the show in 3 one hour segments.  Nothing has changed with our settings.  Is there anything we can do to simply make a single 3 hour recording?

Hi,I have a question about Cinema on demand. Does the 24 hour rental restriction apply if the movie was downloaded via the internet? Or does it stay in my queue until I watch it or delete it? In other words, do I only have 24 hours to watch it if I downloaded it to my queue?Thanks for the help!

Since I received the 0x254 software update last Wednesday, my clock has been 1 hour behind. I am set for Auto Central. At 8pm I'm watching a show that the Guide shows as 7pm & the clock shows 7pm.

I watch Fox News on my 27" Mac everyday during the day. For the past 2 weeks, ALL of the news channels are running an hour behind. This isn't a problem on my TV's, or iPhone. Any thoughts?

When I look at the guide, the FOX news channel shows have their scheduled time 1 hour later than what it should be. My brother has another provider and his still shows the usual times on his guide. Does anyone know why this is happening?
