COMPLAINT: UNSAFE DRIVER
I am writing as suggested by a tech employee, due to the lack of there being the appropriate method to leave a complaint. At approximately 2pm today, a driver made a turn onto the street (Potomac Street) which I was driving down, and without warning or use of a blinker turns in front of me at close range into the driveway of the apartment complex on my right. Uploaded is a photo I took (for proof in case he denies the incident), after I turned around and into the car wash lot to get close enough. I would like that the dispatch list is checked for the date of 11/24/15 around 2pm for Paradise Hills/Potomac St/Saipan area, and that this driver is reprimanded for unsafe conduct.

1) You didn't provide the vehicle's license number or any other identifying marks
2) You didn't even state which city you're in.
3) You provided a picture a vehicle that looks like a thousand other such vehicles in this country.
4) Your photo (for proof of an incident) only identifies a truck, parked, in a driveway.
You've made tracking this driver down an impossible task. If you have additional information that you could provide, then I'd suggest that you send a Private Message to ATTCustomerCare with it.

That sure tells a lot about the alleged incident. Did you not read what JefferMC posted about what information you need to properly report the alleged incident?

I knew it was not Wisconsin as we have snow on the ground from a big storm that went through on Friday night/Saturday (11/20-21)... That elimates at least 1 of 21 possible states, would believe Michigan could also be elimated from consideration for same reason.
If the truck is parked, additional issues include parked over sidewalk and no safety cones present at front/back of truck.

Does dispatch not keep computer records of which driver is responding to which area? I submitted the exact street, city and state, time of day and date. I did not get the license plate because I was leaving home for work at the time of the incident. To clearly get his license plate no. would require me to do a u-turn, park down the street, and leave my vehicle as no spots were available to park right behind him. Also I obviously could not stop in the middle of the road on a two-way street. Lastly, the guy is in the truck. He's waiting for the gate to open, the name of the apartment complex is Pebble Cove Apartment Homes.

Dude, let it go. Your photo proves nothing except that the truck is parked in a drive or alley or something. But it is PARKED.
This is a case of your word against his. Even if you had his license plate number or truck number, unless you have VIDEO proof of an illegal turn, you've got nothing. Sorry.

I don't get why you'd followup on this thread just so you could leave comments that are of no use. I'm going with Jeffers, though it's probably going to just get ignored anyway (Cheers to big corporations!).

Blame it on the mother in me. It's like when my kids were little and they'd throw a temper tantrum in the store for a toy. I'd tell them to 'calm down...let it go' because they were being totally irrational. I would walk away and they would eventually run out of steam.
Same thing here.
