AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE from a SUPERVISOR!!!

I would like to file a complaint about AWFUL customer service from a SUPERVISOR from the LOYALTY dept.  Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide.

You call DirecTV and request a supervisor. They can file the complaint which based on the account logs they can direct to the supervisor of that specific agent. With call centers across the country, even if you got a particular department it is no guarantee it is where that specific agent works.
