Had enough
After reading all of the posts about Uverse bills, i've decided it is not worth it to try to get my bill changed. I am going to become ATT free. That is all they understand. Last year when i had to change to Uverse they tried to charge me for the install, but the letter they sent said there was no charge because they were changing my area to Uverse. Finally got that charge removed.
Got my bill yesterday and there was a $9.00 late fee charge. My bill for last month was $32.50 for internet. Price went up to regular charge with this month's bill. I wrote a check for $32.50. I use duplicate checks, so i know what i wrote. They show the check was for $32.00, and there was a .50 late charge and $9.00 late fee. I called but it didn't do any good. I closed my cell phone account last year because of it, and monday i am closing my home phone. If this charge is not removed i will close this account too. I have Direct tv too. They have always had good custumer service. It will go downhill too.
