Hello @penguincoup,
You should contact ATTCustomerCare with the link in my signature. Be sure to include your account number, name, phone number, and a good time to reach you. You can expect their reply at the top right corner of this page, the blue envelope, or in your email that you used on sign up for this forum.

An easier way to report the driver would be the next time you see an AT&T truck, get the phone number that is posted on it where is says something about reporting the driver quality. Call that number and give the date, location, and time of the incident as well as the license plate.

If you have U-verse and AT&T phone service in your area, I do not see how you can only see AT&T trucks maybe three times a year.
In the St. Louis area I see trucks almost every day, sometimes multiple times a day. I feel the ATTCustomerCare solution is overused. It seems to be treated as a catch all for everything. Sometimes calling the 800-228-2020 phone number is quicker and more efficient as long as you find someone with a brain who speaks English.
I am having problems replacing a garbage disposal. I know, I will contact ATTCustomerCare and wait for the blue envelope to show the answer. I need two tickets for tonight's ballgame. I know, I will contact ATTCustomerCare and wait for the blue envelope to give me the tickets.
I have chills, a chronic cough, nausea, itching, rash, sneezing, cramping, and a house full of evil ghosts. Who do you want to call? Ghostbusters! Naw, I will contact ATTCustomerCare, instead, and wait for the blue envelope to show the solution.

Hello,
I don't see trucks cause i am about 3 miles away from anything. They just put new lines out here last year.
It is not the fact that ATTCustomerCare is used for everything. I know i wouldn't want to call AT&T CS and discuss my bill or try to explain to them about a dangerous problem with one of their drivers. It's not that i am lazy, it is just that i pretty much know the outcome, because i see it all the time on these forums and have went through the experience myself.
What i think is funny, is 9 times out of 10, you will get someone in the Wireless department that does speek English. They just cannot help with U-verse.
Good luck getting someone in the United States, as it seems, you have about a 1-10 chance of doing that.
Then again, it seems like all the angry people come to the forums and the Facebook page.
