Is your Operators unprofessional behavior, something AT&T promotes and trains ?
I called the 800-***-2020 13 times today this is how unprofessional it went; >> Valerie disconnected me, Mrs Green rerouted me back into the automated system, Raven stated i will have to wait over 24 hours for a call back from a suprvisor as there is NO SUPRVISOR ON THE FLOOR, Belinda rerouted me back into the system, Seri with and Indian accent was able to detremine the problem in my account witout me disclosing anything to him ( very clairvoyant of him) and Seri stated " there seemd tl be an overcharged on my account" and " a wrongful charged"again he rerouted me back into the system, Judd refused my supervisor request and again i was rerouted into the system, Ashley rerouted me back into the system, Nicole just disconnected me, Destiney seemd to want to help then just rerouted me back into the system, the others i could not get their names even when i asked them to repeat their names. In good faith i paid on the 21st my full payment on the 22 of Dec debit to my account was made by at&t full payment, and on the 23 of Dec i was charged a 49.00 dollar reconnection fee. my request was for the charge of 49 dollars be taken off, but since all i got was unproffesional operators i will take the 7000 i spent on internet service and glady pay it to another service provider. there is not a danm thing at&t can do or say to make me want to stay with there totally disregard for costumers. After being a loyal costumer for well over 7 years, it would be greatful, if you would just cancell my service and i will gladly return your equiptment. Tanks you for Nothing Gabirel Gomez

@Falconn007 Well, that's why we use ATT Uverse Care and Customer Care here for 1st line TS and CS problems.
Will have to say I've never had a problem when calling in if necessary. 😉

I was just on the phone for 90 minutes with at&t. I was asked for my acct number and password like 10 times, routed from billing to retention to tech support who tried to send me back to billing. I asked for a supervisor. Spoke with someone who then transfered me back to retention. I finally spoke with someone who spoke english and was clearly in the USA. She assisted me to the best of her ability and at least treated me like a loyal customer. The "so called" supervisor wasn't even a supervisor (according to the last woman I talked to). She said she was letting her manager know. I have been a loyal att cell phone holder since the 90's and have had internet through att for 9+ years. I was for the most part treated like dirt today. Show's where this company is headed. Pretty sad when the customer is fooled into thinking they are talking to a "supervisor" in the phillapeans and they start yelling at you and making you feel like it's all your fault. Guess I need to start shopping new internet companies since my loyalty means nothing to anyone.

thank you for the reply, it is not hard to believe this happens to costumers, especially when the reps are not given out their member number for validation. Good luck in your search,

the ATT Uverse Care and Customer Care ???? 🙂
