no promotional gift card

When I signed up, i was told that i would get a promotional gift card after a couple of billing cycles. It has never come. Has anyone else had this problem?

You need to go visit the Reward Center to get the reward cards.

There are no rewards for this account according to the rewards center. What
a huge disappointment that it is taking this long, with no answers.

See what ATT Customer Care can do for you.

 

Click the ATT Customer Care link in my signature, send the PM, explain your reward situation.

 

Include your name, account #, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.

Check the blue PM envelope, upper right on every page, for their reply. Good luck 😉

I Too never received my $100. promotional card as promised-when I inquired ATT said it had to be APPLIED for by a certain date-which they said had lapsed and therefore would NOT honor it-Pretty Shoody way to treat new customers! I will be looking for another service provider

have already done that- still was told "will not honor rewards card because it wasn't applied for by the date they specified? Since when does a customer need to APPLY for an item that was suppose to be part of the sign up agreement? Sounds like a run-around to me!--- also ATT Uverse speed is slower than what I had with my previous service company- this has not been a good experience here!

The terms for all these promotions have language similar to (if not exactly like) this attached to them:

 

Card redemption required. ...Redemption req'd: Reward Card sent 4-6 weeks after redemption to customers who retain qualifying svcs.

 

The "redemption" involves visiting the rewards redemption site 4-8 weeks after installation.

ok but it still does not make sense to make a new customer "apply" for an
offer" that was part of the sign up agreement was my point! in any
event...this is still not agreeable terms to this customer.It was implied
at the time-this card would be sent so nothing more was thought about it. I
gave up excellent service from another company to sign with ATT Uverse and
did not expect mombo-jumbo language!

Do coupons make sense?

Are rebate offers stupid?

Is life fair?

 

This is the way AT&T has chosen to do it.  They state the conditions.  It's up to you to follow their rules, or not get the gift card.

If it's so difficult to get the rebate in your eyes, why did I get my initial $200 check, even though they cancelled it more than 20 times?  Perseverance w/Rewards Center supervisor that thought something 'looked funny', got the check a week later.

 

Then what about the $20 reward card I got for upgrading Internet, or two times getting $50 reward cards for upgrading to u300.

 

If you'd read the fine print about the offer, it says redemption required.  Nothing wrong w/the business practice for ATT rewards. Smiley LOL
