Order in "pending" state

Hi. Last Thursday I placed a move services order.The move screen identified my services as moveable to the new address. I submitted the order and got the move acknowledgment, with order number, followed by an email saying that AT&T will soon confirm installation date and time. I have yet to receive an email with the details of the order. Today, Saturday, I noticed that the order number does not show up under "my orders" in the portal (I get this message: OM133 : We don't see any recent orders tied to your account.). Called AT&T and they said it is in a "pending" state. Last time I moved my AT&T services, the order was process very quickly.

 

Since this is new to me, I wanted to ask if this is normal.
