remote refund
Our dog got ahold of our remote yesterday while we were at work. We only have 1 television (U-verse). I called last night and had to order a replacement which I had to pay for. We will not receive it until next week and since we are unable to watch tv I would like 1 week credit for my AT &T bill.

Don't mess with old people. The older we get, the less "Life in Prison" is a deterrent.

I thought you could channel up/down with the buttons on front of the box. I’ve had U-verse for over 10 years but I was never without a remote so I’m speculating.

WOW
While AT&T employees do look at forum posts from time to time, we are here to represent the forum with our experiences as customers and do not represent AT&T in any official capacity with our responses and do so on our own time unpaid and off the clock. As employees we are not rewarded nor compensated to participate in these forums This forum is comprised of regular customers to communicate with other customers to offer advice and share experiences same as any other user Although there is a small team of customer care specialists that monitor the forums the sheer volume of posts are simply too many posts for these agents to respond to each one of them.

You can operate the box from the buttons on the box.

Maybe they could train the dog to operate the buttons on the front of the box since he's the one that started all this!
