UVerse service, next door but not available 50 away!
Hello,
I have called several times, sent three requests via the ATT Uverse website requesting service at the home we just built, website says they will get back to you in two weeks, well, two weeks have passed....nothing. I have not been able to talk to anyone who can get our address recognized? I was told the first time i called about three weeks ago, it would be 24-48 hr and i would get a call back....nothing. I called today, spoke to three different customer service representative, the first on said she would call me back in 30 mins....nothing. the next one gave me a different number to a call after talking to him for 45 mins, the number connected me to a very nice guy who gave me the number i had called first...said to call them. How, oh how do you get your address recognized! we would like u-verse and internet! HELP!!! PLEASE!!!
