WHEN DID BOCA CHASE JOIN CONNECTED COMMUNITY & WHAT LEVEL TV CABLE WAS CORAL KEY GIVEN TO START?
I KNOW beyond any dobt that the at&t tech who barged into my house and proceeded to do so much damage,unknown to residents,the one thing I thought when he pointed out which channel line I should LOOK UNDER ON THE GUIDE,U-200,WAS WELL at least they gave us "SOMETHING"
considering they took away an hbo channel we had w/ Adelphia,BECAUSE OF AN ERROR IN WORDING BY OUR LAWYER. UNBUNDLED SAVINGS ON TELEPHONE BILL RAISING IT NOW TO ABSURDITY,when so many have given up home land lines,broke my laptop,for 8 yrs I DIDn't haHAVE INTERNET EXPLORER,AND NEEDIND TO UPGRADE U-200 TO U-300 20 DIFFERENT AGENTS ALL BUT 1 LIED TO ME,PUNISHED ME BY STOPPING CABLE SERVIVICE 1 WK,PRETENDING NOT TO KNOW "WHAT COULD POSSIBLY E WRONG" WHEN A PHILIPINO AGENT DID FIND I HAD U-200 SERVICE TO START AND I WAS DOWNGRADED TO U-100,WHY? WHEN? GAVE ME A FREE TRIAL OF U-300 ECAUSE THAT IS WHAT I WAS SEEING ON MY ILL I NORMALLY DIDN'T OPEN.AL THAT AGENT DID TO MAKE UP FOR THE ERROR AT&T DECIDED I WAS A LIAR,SO THEY TORTURED ME FOR 1 WK,NO TV,WHEN I'M DISABLED,CRIPPLED & ILL,ALL SEPARATE,ALONE IN AGONY 24/7,NO TV EVEN FOR BACKGROUND COMPANY WAS TAKEN FROM ME FOR BEING MISJUDGED! FOR THE HELP I REC'D W/MY CORRECT INFO,AT&T'S ERROR.I SPENT A TOTAL OF A WEEK OF MY LIFE,ON THE PHONE HRS & HRS EACH AGENT LIED GIVING ME DIFFERENT INFO THAN THE PREVIOUS AGENT WHOSE NAMES & ID'S I HAVE. THEY EACH LIED LIKE THEY BREATHE, NOT ONE STORY MATCHING WHAT I'D BEEN TOLD THE DAY BEFORE BY ANOTHER,NOT 1 AGENT'S INFO BEING CORRECT???I FINALLY UPGRADED TO U-300 FOR THE $24.95 SPOKE W A GENTEMAN FROM CONNECTED COMMUNITY,WE WENT OVER EVERY CHARGE AND THE $7 BOX REMOVED TO SAVE MONEY AND EXCEPT FOR TAX,WHICH NEVER APPEARED ON MY UVERSE BILL FOR 7 YRS,AND CREDITS FORLAPTOP,MY NEW 2014 BEING BROKEN WHEN THE LIVE CABLE WIRE OPENED IN MY WAL WAS TOUCHED WITH THE IVE WIRE INTHE INSTALLERS HAND & I SAW & HEARD THE JOLT OF ELECTRICITY BLINK ON MY SCREEN AND ALL MY COMPUTER MAN HAD DONE AT SET UP WAS GONE & WAS PAID TO BE RESET,BUT DIED COMPLETELY AFTER 1 MORE REPAIR SESSION.I SAID TO THE MAN YOU JUST BROKE MY NEW 2014 LAPTOP,ON, IN FRONT OF ME, IN THE SAME ROOM AS THE INSTALLER! ACK TO THE BILL AGREED W/THE CONNECTED COMMUNITY NOT ONE CHANGE WAS ACKNOWEGED ANDIN SHORT I GOT A BILL THAT ALMOST GAVE ME A STROKE,MADE ME TOO SICK TO PICK UP THE PHONE. I STILL HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO,FOUND THIS SITE WHILE LOOKING FOR LIFELINE INFO AS I HAD THE CREDIT,GIVEN,TAKEN AWAY,REINSTATED,THEN RE-APPLIED, AND RETURNED TO ME TO CHECK 2 BOXES? WHAT? NO ONE COULD CALL.I'M DISABLED LEGALLY SINCE '03,ILL FROM A MURDER IN MY FAMILY & CRIPPLED all separateBY MY 4TH SPINE DR'S 3RD FORCED PROTOCOL PROCEDURE.UNNEEDED,JUST TO CREATE INCOME FOR HIS NEW LOCATION, I CAN'T walk except bent over even w/a cane,stand,cook clean,lift,hold,carry,even a glass of milk to my BedRoom WHERE I LIVE BED BOUND going on 4yrs,I have no earned income since 1999.I CAN'T FOLD A TOWEL OR HANG UP A DRESS.THAT IS ALL TOTALLY SADLY TRUE. I'M ALL ALONE BARELY ABLE TO FUNCTION.WHAT I NEED IS PROOF THAT I HAD U-200 UVERSE TV FROM THE DATE BOCA CHASE HOA GAVE OUR CABLE CONTRACT TO AT&T!! & UPSET EVERYONE. DID NOT GIVE FULL DISCOSURE & MOST EVERY HOMEOWNER WAS INCENSED AS I WAS FOR THE DECEPTION.ALL CURRENT HOA MANAGEMENT WAS NOT EMPLOYED AT THE TIME OF CONTRACT, EVERYONE IS NEW, ANOTHER DEVIOUS MOVE BY AT&T, SOMEONE PLEASE HELP,THANK YOU

What do you want to see happen?
I'm sorry for your current situation but all of the extraneous information gets in the way of what your issues are and how they can be resolved.
Also, ALL CAPS is tantamout to SHOUTING and forces the reader to gloss over what could be important information.

I always feel bad in these situations because someone has a problem that is obviously causing them great distress but they make it impossible to advise them or attempt to steer them in the right direction for a solution. <-- Run on sentence?

SORRY FOR ALL MY IMPERFECTIONS AND SUFFERING. FORGIVE THE CAPS MY NEW HP IS BROKEN AND THIS OLD ONE IS MISSING THE SHIFT KEY AND MANY OTHERS WHILE HD DOES NOTHING IN WARRANTY BECASUE OFFICE DEPOT USES WEAR OFF TYPE PAPEER AND THEY CAN'T SEE THE DATE,.I DO GET WORDY,BUT I AM ALL AONE IN AGONY.
THE QUESTION IS, WHEN,WHAT YEAR DID BOCA CHASE HOA CONTRACT CABLE U-VERSE W/ AT&T AND MOST IMPORTANT WAS U200,CHANNEL PKG GIVEN TO CORAL KEY,AS TOLD TO ME. OR WHAT YR WAS IT SWITCHED TO U100?
BECOMMING BED BOUND 4 YRS AGO I WATCHED LESS AND LESS TV. FINALLY GAVE IN TO GOING FOR AN UPGRADE AS THERE WAS SO MUCH MORE I WAS INTERESTED IN.I'VE BEEN USING U-200 TV GUIDE SINCE THE INSTALLER WHO BROKE THIS LAPTOP TOLD ME MY CHANNELS WERE U-200. UPON CALLING FOR UPGRADE TO U-300 AT&T
SAID I WAS GETTING U-100.I SAID NOT SO,UNTIL I OPENED AN AUTO PAID BILL THAT WAS FOR U-100.DUETO BEING CRIPPLED IN AGONY ALONE I NEED TO KNOW WHAT YR TO DID FOR TO SEE INITIAL STATEMENTS FOR PROOF OF U-200, AND WAS CURIOUS IF ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS HAPPEN TO THEM? EVERY STEP OF THE PROCESS TO GIVE AT&T OUR CABLE BUSINESS WAS A TEDIOUS,PROBLEM MAKING,UNHAPPY OUTCOME TO THIS DAY. I DON'T KNOW WHAT PULIC RECORDS THERE ARE IF ANY.
AT&T IN THE PHILIPINES SAID I HAD U-200. I DIDN'T CALL THEM ON PURPOSE IWAS JUST CONNECTED TO THEM, AFTER THE AGENT GAVE ME SOME FREE CHANNES FOR A TIME....MY TV WAS SHUT DOWN THE NEXT DAY FOR 7DAYS AND NO ONE KNEW WHY. I WAS PUNISHED FOR WHAT THE AGENT OFFERED ME. I CAN'T FORCE PEOPLE ANYWHERE TO NOR WOULD I,TO DO ANYTHING ILLEGAL. IT WAS TORTURE. RE-READ SLOWLY 1ST YEXT FOR MULTIPE DETAILS. 19 OUT OF 20 AGENTS LIED TO ME,NONE HAD MATCHING INFORMATION. MY BILL WAS GONE OVER W.CONNECTED COMMUNITY
AGENT PRECISELY FOR OUR CHARGES TO MATCH, I HAVE A BILL EVERY MONTH FROM THE JUMP FROM U-IOO TO U -300 NOT AS AGREED,BECAUSE I STARTED W/ U-200.I NEED PROOF. PLEASE HELP. NOT CRAZY AND "NOT YELLING" SORRY IF CAPITALS UPSET YOU. GETTING CRIPPLED BY MY SPINE DR HAS ME PRETTY UPSET.

i clicked on it, but after sooo many lies from 19 out of 20 employees,i can't handle another story. i need to find out b4 i call THEM if i had u200 channel pkg when we gave them our business to even look up MY bills. that means i need to know what yr this contract was done, because moving is a HUGE problem, AS IS LEANING ON THIS TAblE TO TYPE,on the broken keyboard. i've saved all bills.
then i need this message to go to MY "connected community."so i was told.
with all else,hard to believe a private message would make one bit of difference. that crazy looking email i wrote exemplifies my total at&t experience, just for an upgrade. it was injurious to my health via auto immune issues. so I ASKED 2 basic questions, when and u200?
