Where to file complaints and grievances-Uverse

Since I can't get any feedback, assistance, or help through any other source at AT&T; I'm hoping I can get direction here. I have filled a claim through BBB and plan to FCC. However, I would still like to file a formal complaint through AT&T.  Is there a link? A site? Is it done through the mailing system? Account # **** After this is resolved I'm pretty sure I will need post traumatic counseling!

Does anyone know a contact for complaint against Uverse- they will not honor promotion rate given at time of purchase 12/4-/2015 and it is now month 5 ATT UVERSE is now charging me $65 a month and promotion at $25!! The solitions suggested by Uvwrse is that I add new and additional services!! Nooooo way

This is the worst customer service ever!!!!! Spent 2 hours on the phone with personnel that could speak English...hung up on. I dint know my assess code was suppose to be called back by att personnel. No one called back! I am so angry this company is s pure JOKE!!! I have an app that I been accessing for a year and now I can't! Can't seem to get anyone to answer my questions! U will be history soon! Wright 6905 beard court Louisville, ky 40228

I have been a customer for 20 years or so from my first cell phone to u-verse. Have their products in my home and business, but thats ending now. Very poor customer service, Rates are so sparatic its unbelievable. When I spoke to customer service and retention reps they could care less, told me to just throw my modem away and good luck with my next provider. They must have it going on like that, so my advise woud be to find a better provider and stay away from At&t .......

I have been dealing with an AT&T Uverse issue for the past 5 days due to an error on the part of an AT&T Representative. I have been on the phone with diffrent AT&T Reps today for 3 hours and I am currently still on the phone working for resolution. Besides filing a complaint with the BBB and FCC (which are not going to get my cable services restored) who can I contact with in AT&T that can actually get me results? The represetatives have been unhelpful, unconcerned, and have yet to resolve anything. I do not want to cancel my service, my family has been happy thus far. I just want my services restored and the issue resolveed that AT&T caused in the first place.

AT&T is the worst. I hope people can come together and do something. They have lied so much and overcharge each time. This has caused major stress on my life and so many other people's lives. AT&T will rip you off and scam you. I wish there was something we can do to make them pay back all the money they stole plus do something for the people they have harmed.

I have never had so much stres than I have had with at&t U-verse!!!

manipulators, liars! cheats! afraid to talk to people. they would rather cheat & lie or manipulate,

they should be in jail. I am going to governor Brown on my issue.

I too am a victim of the ATT Bait and Switch. Promised a package of services for a price quoted only to find out I have a package I never approved or signed up for. Customer service is a joke saying there is nothing they can do, even though my conversations were all in the notes on my account. If this is how they treat a customer of 30 years...I'm out!

ATT Uverse Customer Support is as bad as their service.  Am experiencing internet slow down (<1mps and have paid service of 24 mps).  Called Customer support yesterday and after 45 minutes of reseting modems and no resolution, they give me an appointment for a service tech today sometime between 4p-8p.  At 8:30, I called to find out what happened to the tech since I was not notified in any way that they would be delayed.  The CS rep named John hung up on me after informing me that maybe tomorrow, a tech can come by.

 

AT&T has gotten worse every year.  No wonder the public is getting fed up and trying to find alternate means of service.  I'll be joining them.

I also have complaints about Uverse lying to me, I have my signed order, they have overcharged me monthly!!!! With ATT, same thing, we have 1 phone we only pay service on, bought an 1-6 which we are on a monthly plan for-----is now up to $140.00 a month!!!! I've called repeatedly, been sent to so many different people, service is horrible, you can never understand people in India!!  P. Zappa

I have been a customer for years and my bundle promo was up on 1313th July 2016...Just cancelled and went to new Carrier where I was treated with respect and Comcast was glad to get my business..your CS people are rude and hateful especially to Senior Citizens...Ask for Supervisor and was told non available but when I insisted I got someone named Heather...I'm not sure she was a super...Her attitude was we can't help you with a new bundle because nothing cheaper is available...When she and man who first helped me were talking I could hear part of their comments ...they must have forgot to lower volumn...They decided. U Verse didn't need me for a customer so tell me there were no bundles any cheaper...SENIORS ARE DISCRIMINATED AGAINST BY YOUR COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS....I KNOW YOU WILL NOT DO ANYTHING BUT I AIM TO TELL EVERYONE I CAN BOUT YOUR SERVICE...

I've been a loyal AT&T user for over 30 years. Earlier in the year I had to drop my cell phone because they wouldn't provide service for a 2g phone. A few months ago, I canceled my t my landline because NO ONE could resolve an issue with my online payment acct. Worst of all is U-Verse Wireless Internet. I had been using  a old DSL (with very few issues) until wireless reached my rural area 10 months ago. I was so excited to have wireless...but that has been a pipe dream....the most unreliable connectivity EVER!! Have had to go trhough disasterous "customer service" over & over to get 3 different techs out here who resolved the issue for a few hours. They all told me to call THEM if the problem resurfaced....which it did within hours. After 2 conversations, they quit answering my calls. I spend an incredible amount of time just trying to go online or stream shows on my tv through Roku. I reset and reset until I could SCREAM. Today I called a manager's number and left a message asking if I should switch to cable internet. I wish they'd just tell me the truth....if they can't/won't fix it. First thing next week, I leave AT&T for good. I will never be back. Their loss. I will tell everyone I know and will post my comments wherever I can.

Two days into new service. Internet package not delivering speeds promised. Called support. Spoke to "Gerard." Twenty minutes later... "Please talk to the sales office tomorrow."

 

Thanks, Gerard but I'm already a customer -- CALLING SUPPORT FOR SUPPORT.

 

Transfer me to the Cancellation department, instead.

We have been having problems with Uverse for the last several months.
The television has many issues where it just loses the signal, even
after replacing the box. The internet does the same but even more than
the tv. Very aggravating & I am sick of it. Also replaced the modem
recently but still happens. And we are paying $235 dollars a month?! I
have called for support many times but still it happens. I'm ready to
change as of today,actually have been ready for quite a while. As much
as I dread having to learn new channels over again. Anyone have Cox's
phone number? Also forgot to mention how slow the internet has been.
