1yr contract and deceived 😕
I recently received my service and over the phone before offering I asked for a certain channel for my toddler. Baby TV is his favorite the lady assured me I was receiving this channel so I agreed and left COX. BIG MISTAKE! The technician laughed and said nope you don't have that. I'm so upset. I've cancelled my service with someone else and did not get what I asked for.

BabyTV is available on UFamily only (330).
BabyFirstTV is available on U300 & U450 (310).
What package do you have?

Don't mess with old people. The older we get, the less "Life in Prison" is a deterrent.

Maybe you can get him to watch BabyFirstTV.
I do find it odd that BabyTV is only on UFamily and not carried over to the higher priced packages.
When my kids were little, all we had was Sesame Street!
